Mindfulness Chart
Mindfulness Chart
Mindfulness helps us develop a stable mind and mood and understand ourselves better. This chart encourages and supports us to do regular practice. The text and guidance offers something to reflect on for the day and may even serve as a bit of a ‘life-saver’ in a crunch.
Mindfulness has been extensively studied and many benefits have been confirmed through scientific research. NICE (The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) recommends Mindfulness as an effective treatment for anxiety and depression. Training can be accessed through the NHS or a qualified private teacher.
This chart is equally suited to those who have already studied an 8 week Mindfulness course as to those who have not yet taken a formal training: an invitation to enjoy the words and images and to continue with further study.
As a wonderful added extra on this chart, Alison has created recorded Mindfulness meditations and Mindful guided yoga which can be found via the QR code.
Our Mindfulness consultant, Alison Prideaux PGDip, has been teaching Mindfulness to corporate groups, laypeople and schools since 2009.
